Through IAESTE we have been receiving excellent and hardworking trainees and it makes us very happy to know that after their traineeship at Institute for Plasmas and Nuclear Fusion – IPFN, they all get very good jobs. Even if IPFN doesn’t give these trainees a complementary training to their academic education, they develop projects that are easily integrated in our needs. On the other hand, by receiving these foreign trainees it gives us international visibility and exposure of our technological expertise and know-how. The trainees also keep a good relationship with the group.
